In memory of

Nancy Louie-Chung

March 14, 1959 -  September 7, 2021

It is with deep sadness that the family of Nancy Louie-Chung announces her passing on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 at the age of 62.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Nancy spent most of her childhood in Downtown Toronto Area.

Nancy was the most kind hearted individual, who was always nurturing to her family and friends. Nancy worked at Centennial College in the paramedics department, where she was well known and greatly loved as the “mom” by all the faculty and staff she had worked along side with for 10+ years.

Nancy had a passion to try and share new foods and recipes. She was always known for her culinary skills as she was always found cooking up a storm and baking her famous delicious pastries. Nancy loved music. She enjoyed listening to Jazz, 70’s and 80’s classics during her spare time. She was extremely fun, adventurous and travelled as much as she could to discover new experiences and create everlasting memories. Nancy’s greatest pleasure was spending time with her friends, family and children — gathering everyone for meals, playing cards or simply to enjoy everyone’s company.

Nancy will be forever lovingly remembered by her children, Cedric (Cindy) & Chelsea (Sam); by her mother Wanne Louie; by her sister, Norine and brothers, Robert, Roger, & Ross. Nancy will also be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Her irreplaceable smile and laugh has left an everlasting imprint and will be forever missed in our hearts.

Memorial donations can be made to the Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre.
