November 6, 1948 - January 4, 2024

The family of Nancy Couzens (nee Luxford) is saddened to announce her passing on January 4, 2024. Predeceased by her husband, Logan Couzens. Forever missed by her daughter, Amber Couzens-Stevens (Ken).
She was the loving Nana to Ella and Caleb (and George). She will be fondly remembered by her 4 brothers, Brian (Elyse), Ken, Phil, Darrell, and their families. Relatives, friends and neighbours may visit The Simple Alternative Funeral Centres, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering, on Friday, January 12th, 2024 at 11:00 am with memory sharing to follow at 1:00 pm.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association or the Scarborough Health Network Foundation.

We were friends and neighbours for over 30 years. I watched Amber grow up and she later babysat my two sons.
Nancy faced this very challenging illness with grace and a sense of humour. She did an incredible job of maintaining her independence, with the support of Amber and Ken.
I'll miss Nancy, it will be a different neighbourhood without her.
My thoughts are with you, Amber and Ken as you navigate this difficult time.
