Nada Thornton

August 19, 1942 -  May 14, 2018

We are deeply saddened to announce the death of Nada Thornton (née Stanojević). Nada passed away peacefully at Bridgepoint Hospital, Toronto, on May 14, 2018, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of Conal, loving mother to Michael and Aleks and mother-in-law to Lisa, cherished grandmother to Annika and Klara, Nada will be greatly missed by us all including extended family and friends in Canada and overseas. Nada was preceded in her passing by her sisters Koka Stanojević and Diki Petrović.

May She Rest in Peace.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre on Sunday, May 20, 2018. Visitation will be a 2:00 p.m. followed by a service in the Chapel at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Save the Children would be appreciated by the family.
