Myrna was born on May 15, 1938. In 1958 she married Terry Smith and together had three children Deb (1960), Jaq (1962), and Tony (1970). She had many jobs through the years including dental assisting, teaching dental assisting, bakery store owner (Myrna's Bakery in Wellington) and bakery clerk (Superstore in Pickering). She enjoyed spending time at the trailer at Sandbanks Beach Resort near Picton and then at Crystal Beach Resort near Madoc. Each summer she would spend time with the grandchildren TJ, Ron, Terry and Cindy often taking them to the trailer and exploring the surrounding area. When the great-grandchildren came along Lily, Jade, Sara, Emma and Ben they were always welcome at the trailer too.
