Moriyuki Takata

Moriyuki Takata- On October 24, 2016, passed away at Michael Garron - Toronto East General Hospital, surrounded by family and friends. Moriyuki was predeceased by his brother, Morio and sister, Ritsu, and is survived by his wife, Kazuko, sisters, Miyo, Toshi, Fumi (Joe), and brothers, Teichi (Marie), Saburo, and Yoshito (Peggy). He will be dearly missed by his son, Richard (Charlene) and daughters, Ann (Chuck) and Janice (Jeff) and grandchildren, Jennifer, Lisa, Naomi, Lyndsay, Brooks and Hunter and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces and extended Inouye family.

A visitation will be held at the Pine Hills Visitation Centre, 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough, ON M1K 1R1, on Friday, October 28, 2016, from 2 to 4 PM, with a Service at 4 PM, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Many thanks to the staff of Michael Garron- Toronto East General Hospital for their kind and compassionate care.
