When we first came to Canada in 1969, the Han's welcomed our family into their home. I was 5 years old at the time. Mon Lan was like a second mom to me. I have fond memories of her taking care of and playing with my brother and I. Lily was always like a sister to me. I can't think about my cherished childhood memories without thinking about Mon Lan. She was such an important part of that. May you now rest in peace.
