May 14, 1968 - June 1, 2016

Mitchell was born in Toronto on May 14, 1968 and died suddenly on June 1, 2016. This has left us heart-broken. He will be dearly missed by his most loving and supportive parents Cesar and Eulalia (Nellie) Brum of Toronto. Mitchell leaves behind even more people that loved him and who will also miss him dearly. His daughter Faith-Marie of Cambridge, Carmen (mother of Faith-Marie), his brother Nelson of Tweed, his sister Margaret (Margo) of Toronto, his sister-in-law Alina, his brother-in-law Dean (Joseph, pre-deceased), his nieces Rebecca and Alison, his nephews Devlin, Kiefer and Michael, his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Kids Help Phone. Cremation to take place at the Mausoleum at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Love leaves a memory no one can steal.” From an Irish headstone. This is also inscribed on the headstone that Mitchell will share with Joseph.

I was shaken and very saddened when I heard of this terrible new of Mitchell’s passing. I will never forget the great times I had with Mitchell in our younger years. We hung around all the time with my other cousin William, we did everything together. It was in the 80’s that we hung around most. Michelle was very well liked and everyone wanted to hang around him. He was a cool guy, with his Rock’n Roll hair wanted style, which was part of the 80’s (I use to called him Kim Michelle, after the singer), and the chicks to loved to hang around him, he was a handsome man. He was looked as the “cool leader” when the whole gang got together, everyone wanted to hang around him, and followed him wherever he would go. We went our separate ways as we got older, meeting occasionally at family functions, but it was great memories that I will never forget, and will stay me forever. John Ferreira
