He taught us English at Queens College, Guyana (1969 class of 1B). He broadened the scope of the subject to even include movie-making and the poetry of popular music. He expanded our barely pubescent minds and made a lifelong impression on me.
I had the pleasure to be a colleague of Drip when we both taught at Queens College in Georgetown, Guyana in the late 60s and early 70s. Milton was a quiet yet significant presence in our staff room and was always a great colleague to interact with. Even though I have not seen him for a number of years I will always recall his strong presence at work. My condolences to his family.
Mr Drepaul was our English Teacher a Few Yrs at Qc. He was a Likeable Fella. God rest His Soul. We Always Talk About Drips in our Gatherings
A sad farewell to an excellent teacher and an equally excellent person. It was also a privilege to interact with him in a professional setting.
I do hope that his transition was in-keeping with his calm and peaceful personality.
My condolences to his family and siblings.
Our deepest sympathy to the family. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
May your faith guide you through the challenging days ahead.
