Michael Praso was born on April 25, 1940 and grew up in Bangkok, Thailand. His father was an import merchant and food manufacturer. He was third eldest amongst seven siblings.

After finishing high school in 1964, Michael was sent to study in Japan, where he met the love of his life, Grace. He graduated from Gifu University with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and licenced in Japan and Thailand. Michael and Grace married in Tokyo in 1969. They were blessed with a daughter and son.

In 1973, followed by a job offer at Eisai Pharmaceutical Company, the family returned to Bangkok. Our family immigrated to Canada in 1978. Michael worked as a Pharmacy Technician, and he retired from Pharma Plus in 2010.

Michael was a devoted Christian whose life and path was guided by the Lord's word. His passions included playing ping pong and badminton. The love and well-being of his family meant the world to him.

Beloved husband, devoted father, a faithful son.
