September 20, 1937 -  December 5, 2020

KAMPOURIS, Michael - Passed away peacefully at Humber River Hospital on December 5, 2020 at the age of 83. Predeceased by his beloved wife Panagiota (May 5, 2012). Cherished father to John (Gabi) and Anthoula (Chris). He was a very proud Grandpa and Papou to Candace, Megan (Sourabh), John and Elle and proudest of all of his little darling great granddaughter Hazel. Survived by his sisters Rina, Stamatoula (George), and brother Alex (Katerina) and by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, his brother George and brother-in-law Thanasi. Michael lived his life with grace and kindness and will be remembered for being larger than life with a heart of gold. He is loved and will be missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation in honour of Michael would be appreciated by the family.

Due to Covid-19 gathering restrictions, the funeral service will be live streamed for public viewing from this website on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 12:30 p.m. Burial to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.

My deepest condolences to the Kampouris family. I’ve known Mike for over 30 years, he was always there at every gathering, big or small. This Holiday season will be so very different without him. I hope he has peace and found his loved ones waiting for him...

I am so very sorry for the loss of Mike Kampouris .. Condolences to Anthoula Vlahakis and John Kampouris and families ...We had many memories with Mike and his family and ours travelling on day trips, going to Greek dances etc., he was a very sociable and energetic and truly a good family man!
