It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mick Callahan announce his sudden passing on March 2, 2018. Mick was a loving husband to Bessie and father to Lisa, Tracy (Matt) and Sherry (Shane). He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Jade (Justin), Dustin (Tori), Matthew (Tiff), Brooke and Danielle (Branden) and his side kick Duke. He will be remembered forever by his surviving siblings Don (Dianne), Madge (Phil), Alice (Terry), Barb (Jim), Lynn (Frank), Beth (Brian) and Phil (Jim) as well as his many brother and sister-in-laws Chesley (Jocelyn), Fred, Gladys, Debbie and all of his niece's and nephews. He is predeceased by his loving wife of 43 years Bessie; his parents Hughina and Bernard Callahan, his in-laws Lily and Chesley Rose; his siblings Bob, Bernard, Sean and Theresa (Ed). His brother-in-law Johnny (Margie) and sister-in-law Elsie.
Mick has touched the lives of many people over the years both professionally and personally. These people will hold fond memories of their time together.
The family would like to request in lieu of flowers to make a donation to either Oshawa Senior Citizens Centre or The Heart and Stroke foundation in memory of Michael Callahan.
