Words can't describe you father, you were quite the man, a man filled with humor, humility, and unconditional love for his sons and most importantly his wife of 50 years.

My Father didn’t tell me how to live; he lived, and let me watch him do it. I hope I can make you proud pops, I'm proud of the man I am because you showed me how to be man.. even though you were a habs fan!

I will miss you everyday but I know you will be watching over us, maybe give a word with the big man and let the leafs finally win one for momma, I'm sure you will do your best.

I love you dad and miss you terribly but I know you wouldn't want us to be sad, you want us to enjoy our lives with humor and a couple of beers.

It is not flesh and blood but the heart which makes us fathers and sons, we love you dad and we miss you, don't worry your boys got momma and we will look after ur girl zoe.

Love your son Bryan David Gauthier

Michael loved people. Michael lived life the way he wanted. We went to St Williams together. In grade 5 he made me get the strap because Michael wanted to confirm we were walking home at lunch together. We were not suppose talk I turned around and said yes to Michael.
After school in winter we road the snowy hill after school at St Williams school. We skated at Pape park often and played baseball at the park Etta on Gerard not far from Michael’s house. We had a great childhood with his sisters Pat and Darlene. They lived around the corner from us. RIP 🙏 You will be missed. 🥲

He was bigger than life to us , his character ,sense of humor, goofiness and kind heart were just one of many things I was given and taught. His love for my mother was truly astronomical, his backyard with his family and friends is where he would mingle, share stories, hold court most of the times. He would chat my ears off somedays I'd throw in the towel from his banter , but what I would give for just a few more moments of it all. You truly showed me how to be a man, see life in a different lens, and be kind and never to judge anyone, it's the impression you left on us all, it's truly the greatest gift you had. I know this is not it and we'll meet in my dreams and in all other ways on my journey, I love you more than you could ever know. And my newly wed wife Farishta will miss you, she misses gambling on the ponys with you, and sharing laughs and stories .

Love you always and forever
