The Walton Street gang lost an interesting story teller on Christmas Eve. Michael McKeegan, a Toronto Star retiree, son of the late Elizabeth and John McKeegan passed away. He is survived by his wife Rose (nee Shirose) of 68 years; daughters Linda McKenzie, Michele (Gord) Cowan; Suzie (Graham) Pewter; Puppa to Meaghan, Kaitlyn (Cullen), Madison, Garlan, Keaton, last but not least great grandson Michael.
Sadly missed by relatives and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Bai for his loving care and attention this past year.

Memorial reception: Friday, December 29 2 -4pm. at The Funeral Centre Mount Pleasant Cemetery at 375 Mount Pleasant Rd. Toronto

It's so difficult to lose a husband; father; puppa and friend, especially at this time of year. I'm happy to hear you were all able to bring him peace in his final hours. I'm sure that meant a great deal to him. Michele your father passing away at 11:11 is such a spiritual journey. May God bless his soul and keep him at peace forever.
