Mei Ngor was born in Hoisan, China on April 21, 1933. She was a devoted wife, dear mother to her three surviving sons and one daughter Eliza (1986). She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren, and a kind friend to many. She will be profoundly remembered and also missed by her friends, the caregivers who cared for her tirelessly, and those she helped selflessly throughout the years. Sh enjoyed watching the news, gardening, and had never-ending energy when caring for her grandchildren

Hello Everyone,
My name is Murray; I am the second son or the middle child, the forgotten one.
I was wondering when I was putting this together, what can I say that I have not already said hundreds of time to my mom when she was with us.
And I realize there is an ongoing complaint from parents throughout the generations, that children do not say “Thank you” enough to their mom’s and dad’s efforts.
So, first of all I just wanted to say Thank you mom for giving us life.
Thank you mom, for showing us strength and determination through your actions when you had to endure the unimaginable pain and adversity of losing Eliza, your only daughter.
Thank you mom, for your unwavering support throughout our lives as we navigated through our childhood and then through our adulthood and raising our own families.
Thank you mom, for showing us how to show kindness, support and generosity to family as well as to complete strangers through your actions when you and dad took in our two Uncle Lees and their friends Joe and David and provided them free housing and the occasional meals, while they attended school in Toronto. All while you and dad had to raise your own four children.
This kindness and generosity is not forgotten; Even to this day, after 40+ years David, who lives in Vancouver, would call each Christmas to follow up to see how mom and dad were doing.
And finally, thank you mom, for your unwavering and endless love that you had for us all throughout our lives.
You will always be in our hearts, and forever in our memories.
Rest in peace mom, I pray you will reunite with dad and Eliza in heaven.
Goodbye mom, I will miss you.
