Thinking of the numerous and too many to count experiences we have had together, since we had the great fortune to meet and develop a lifelong friendship.

This includes knowing James and Tonia.

Love to all the family and hoping to connect with Terry in the not too distant future.

Terry and Mehrun have been in and out of our lives as we all moved around the north. Best memories are of Mehrun’s fabulous dinners followed by highly competitive and hilarious bridge games. She added much to the lives of northerners. Thank you Mehrun ❤️

Terry and I went to university together and we began our working lives with the Montreal YMCA but Terry had wanderlust and went north and met Melhrun in Rankin Inlet and fell in love and married her. Mehrun was a very gracious hostess and we enjoyed this at our initial Christmas family gathering In Yellowknife, NWT in 1972 and we maintained contact throughout the years. We really came to know her when Mehrun and Terry moved to Iqaluit, Nunavut where we were living at the time. Thus began a wonderful memory of playing bridge following a great meal orchestrated by Mehrun which included lots of banter and lively bidding, and those Friday evening steak dinners at the Legion were also full of laughter and good times!!!
Never on to shy away from a lively discussion her wit, wisdom and thoughtful comments will be missed.
Good by and you are missed.

My sincerest and deepest condolences to all the family. The last time I saw Mehrun was at the Department of Health in Iqaluit. She had such a heart of compassion. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
