Join us for the annual Candlelight Memorial Service on Wednesday, December 4 at 7:00 p.m. at the Meadowvale Funeral Centre at 7732 Mavis Road.

If you have lost a loved one in the last 12 months, we will be pleased to honour them at this special invitation-only event featuring readings, reflections, musical interludes, a candle-lighting ceremony and a photo tribute to honour your loved one’s memory.

• Your name and phone number
• High resolution photo (max. file size 2 MB) of the person you are remembering
• Full name, year of birth and year of death
