Bohumil Mazalek
November 24, 1940 – March 12, 2018

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Bohumil Mazalek after long illness, on Monday March 12, 2018 at the age of 77, at Bridgepoint Hospital. Beloved husband of Dora, proud father of Alexandra, and treasured grandfather of Patrick and Simon. Bohumil will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by his family and friends both near and far. We thank the doctors and staff at Bridgepoint and St. Michael’s Hospitals.
