After a long period of deteriorating health May (May Victoria Fockler nee Stevenson) passed away peacefully at Trilogy Long Term Care on Wednesday October 12, 2016. She is survived by her husband of over 69 years, Dean, and her family; Diane Struthers (John deceased), Susanne Flett (John R.) and their family Jodi, John D., (Olivia), great grandchildren James and Alexandra, and David Fockler (Joan) and their family. She was also considered a grandmother and great grandmother to Marc Sturch (Kim), Sara, William, Mary-Lyn, Leanne Di Leva and Nicholas. May is also survived by her sister Marion Rogers (Gord) and their family.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the compassionate care given by the staff at Trilogy and by the Qualicare caregivers.

There will be visitation at Pine Hills Visitation Centre at 625 Birchmount Road, Scarborough on Sunday October 16th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. On Monday October 17th there will be a Memorial Service at Guildwood Community Presbyterian Church at 140 Guildwood Parkway, Scarborough at 2:00, followed by a reception in the church hall.
