Dearest Mother to Jessi and Frank, Wife to Bruce, Sister to April and Dorian, Aunt to Matthew and beloved daughter to Arthur and Jennie. We mourn her loss as she has sadly passed away on Friday July 16th 2021. Mavis will be forever missed, her vibrant personality, full of endless love and energy will always be remembered. Be reminded that when we observe a butterfly flying high in the sky it will be a reminder of you.

The first day I met you, you embraced me when I didn't even embrace myself. Your smile was shining brightly like you looked at life. You had given me a bracelet which I wear often and on very important days and said to me when giving it to me: "beautiful girls deserve beautiful things." I keep it close to remind myself of your kind words. I will always remember how fun and loving you are. Thank you for being so kind to me always.
