What an amazing strong, vibrant, full of life person I have met. She always ended any conversation on the phone with me with positive outlook on life and how her kids Maryjo and Nick and grandson Alexander kept her fighting on. As long as her kids and family were healthy, she was content with life. She always gave more to others than what she had. I am sure the dialysis unit will miss her weekly contributions of donuts from Tim Horton's for all. She was a very spiritual being and I will miss her weekly calls. I had many great times with her laughing and how grateful she was at just one more day. She will be missed greatly by myself as I am sure, her family and Alexander. "Keep looking out for us Maurizia". I am sure she will.
My condolences to Maryjo and Nick. Marie was like a little sister to me, during the years that we worked together. She was a very brave lady. She was a good mother and an outstanding grandmother. She loved her family very much.
I am so very very sorry your family has lost Marie. I remember she had a "Tiger in her tank" as they say, and was a force to be reckoned with always. My most heart felt condolences.
Marie and I became friends because of her Daughter's dog, Jamie. For the past few years my Daughter and I would help out with Jamie when she visited.
Marie was a very kind, and spiritual person. I know she loved her Family very much because she spoke about how proud she was of them and despite her hardships she always had a kind word to say about my Family and she loved animals. I was always happy to see her and talk for awhile. I will miss her very much. I was on my way tonight for the viewing but because of the weather was unable to go. I know Marie had many friends in the Building where she lived. My heart goes out to her Family.
Sending my condolences to the family and friends of Marie. She was such a lovely lady who always took the time to say "hi how you doing" and when you asked her the same she always said "i am doing ok". To me she was an inspiration and I sure will miss seeing her in the lobby waiting for her son to come and take her to St. Mikes. I will miss you Marie and go fly with the angels.
