August 15, 1947 - March 17, 2024

Maureen Lillian McKeown, 76, passed away on March 17th, 2024 after a long battle with cancer. She was dearly loved and will be missed by many. She was predeceased by her husband, Brian, and is survived by her daughter, Lisa, and her sister, Helen.

A celebration of her life is scheduled for Friday, April 19th at 11am, followed by a reception at 12:30, at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre. In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.

Maudie1 and I have been friends since age 4, through Havergal College and TEGH room mates. We cried together, we laughed together and found each other again about ten years ago.
She dearly loved her cottage and spent as much time as possible there. Her second love was working at the local historic museum with her cherished friend and neighbour. I will miss you and our memories together.
