October 23, 1927 - January 20, 2018

Passed away peacefully on January 20th, 2018 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, with her beloved husband Anthony and family by her side. Mary was born on October 23rd, 1927 in Vancouver, B.C. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her. She will be remembered for her generosity, good sense of humour, charm and kindness. Loving mother to her late son Michael, daughter Chris and husband Mark and daughter Sandy and husband Michael. Treasured grandmother to twins Corey and wife Samantha and Mikey and wife Danielle. She is survived by her siblings - sister Clara, brother Mas, sister Ida and pre-deceased by her brother Slim and sister Mits. Dear Chris, Sammy, and Mr. T.T.T. and all the family,
I am sending you much love as you journey through your loss.

I have such fond memories of Mary; she was always so kind to me when were youngsters, Chris. She was an excellent mentor and advisor to me, although I suspect she never knew that. Only much later did I learn what she had been through as a young woman; then it became clear where her wisdom came from.
