It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Mirtsos on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at the North York General Hospital.

Mary was born in Statitsa in the region of Macedonia, Greece on May 15, 1931 to parents Boris and Christina Chatzopoulos. She is predeceased by her husband Bill and sisters Dina, Yanna and Sophie. She leaves behind her daughter Christine, son Steve (Alice) and grandchildren Luke, Mary-Margaret (Mike) and Alicia.

She survived many battles with cancer and other health adversities, using her strong will and lived a long life to the age of 92. She is now at peace and reunited with her beloved husband Bill.
