Mary (Maria) Liaros

January 10, 1926 - July 16, 2023

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary (Maria) Liaros, 97, on July 16, 2023.

She will be lovingly remembered by her children James (Sandra), Demetra (Tony), and Patricia (Gino). She was a proud and devoted Yiayia to Paul (Jennifer), Peter (Samantha), Aleena (Alex), Francesco (Mina) and Luigi and Yiayouli to Ashton, Milo and Mila.

Visitation will be held at Elgin Mills Cemetery, Cremation & Funeral Centre on Wednesday, July 19th, 2023, from 4 -8pm and at St Panteleimon Greek Orthodox Church of Markham on Thursday, July 20th, 2023, from 11 am -12 pm and mass to follow at 12 pm. Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery at 1:15 pm respectively.

Flowers are appreciated and/or donations can be made to Uxbridge Hospital Foundation, Stouffville Food Bank or Alzheimer's Society Canada.
