It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mary Katherine Werlick (nee Burkhardt), who passed away on March, 17th, 2022, in Pickering; surrounded by her family. Mary lived 99 wonderful years filled with love, family, adventure, and so many beautiful memories. Mary now rests peacefully with her late husband, Martin Werlick.

Mary’s memory will be cherished by her loving son, Chris, her three grandchildren, Ross, Samantha, and Charlotte, and, her two great grandchildren, Savannah and Benjamin. She will also be remembered and missed by her extended family and friends.

Mary’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday May 28th, 2022 at 1pm at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centres - Pickering, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering.

The family would like to acknowledge the Bay Ridges Long Term Care Home, for their exceptional care and attention to Mary over the last couple years and the support they provided to her family.
