Mary Elizabeth (Betty) Pennell born March 28th, 1939 she was 84 yrs old when she passed peacefully Away on March 12th 2023 at 8:45am at Michael Garron Hospital. She was the widower of Harvey Pennell where they shared many years together. Born in Newfoundland. She was the daughter of John Francis Cook and Elizabeth Mary Cook. Mary worked for many years as a PRN in nursing homes assisting and ensuring the well being of the elderly. She was quite the expert doing cross words. She loved reading, writing in journals like her mother she wrote everything. And she loved crocheting.
She will be greatly remembered for her character, personality and sense of humour. She is survived by her children David and Beverly. Grand children Aaron, Janine and Kyle. Her great grandchildren Stefan and Evan.
