March 6, 1929 - August 30, 2022

The Bernad family is saddened to announce the loss of Mary, who passed away peacefully on August 30th, 2022 in her 93rd year. Loving wife to the late Louis and mother to Ludvik Peter (deceased), Mary (Grant – deceased), Helen, Steve (Lucrezia), and Susan (Shawn). Cherished grandmother of Shawn (Morna), Shannon (Andrew), Jessica, Alexa (Brent), Brandon, Nicole, Alicia and Aryana. Proud great-grandmother of six great-grandchildren.

A Visitation in Mary’s memory will be held on Tuesday, September 6th from 2:00 – 5:00 pm and 6:00 – 8:00 pm at York Funeral Centre.

A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, September 7th at 9:30 am at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, 432 Sheppard Ave E, North York. A private family burial will follow, however all guests are welcome for a time of reception at York Funeral Centre immediately following the funeral.
