Marlinho Ferdinando Carvalho

November 11, 1927 -  March 6, 2018

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Ferdinando (Fred) Carvalho on Tuesday March 6th, 2018 at the age of 90 years. Fred passed away peacefully surrounded by his adoring family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Sally, his sons Gilbert (Christina), Nelson (Zak), Kevin, and Alan (Marianne) and his grandchildren Andrea, Tracy and Patrick.

Family and Friends will be received at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre - Mississauga 1535 South Gateway Road (at Dixie Road, two lights south of Eglinton) 905-602-1580 on Sunday March 18th, 2018 from 3 to 8 pm for a time of Visitation.

A Mass celebrating Fred’s life will be held on Monday March 19th, 2018 at 11:00 am at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 921 Flagship Drive, Mississauga.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Good Shepherd Mission

Freddy made a difference in the lives of many. Always upbeat, warm and positive, it was impossible not to love him.
