With much love and great sadness we announce Marion’s passing on October 9, 2024, at the age of 102. Marion lived her long life with gratitude and kindness for all. She was the heart of our family, nurturing each of us with her warm smile, her encouraging words and, of course, innumerable homemade pies and turkey dinners.

Marion was predeceased by Paul, her beloved husband of 69 years. Paul moved through life with a curious mind, a generous heart, and a helping hand. He loved to travel the world but his favourite place was at the cottage he built, surrounded by family and friends.

Marion and Paul are greatly missed by their children Greg (Kim) and Leslie Potkidis (Angelo), Paul Harrison- husband of her late daughter Patti, her grandchildren Michael, Tara, Heather, Christopher (Bianca), Stephanie, Laura (Steve), and Nicholas, and her great-granddaughter Sophia.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Marion and Paul on Wednesday, October 16th at 12 pm at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre.
