February 5, 1942 - January 26, 2024

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Mario John Colacci. He was the beloved husband to Theresa Colacci. He will be lovingly missed by his sons Frank (Elizabeth) Colacci, Mario Jr. (Kimberley) Colacci, and Vincent Colacci. His legacy will live on through his grandchildren, Michael, Lisa (Dylan Kay), Jennifer, Robert, Nicholas, Olivia and Sarah.

A visitation will be held on Friday February 2, 2024 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centres – Pickering (1057 Brock Road Pickering, Ontario). Funeral Service on Saturday February 3, 2024 at 12:00 pm at the funeral home, with a visitation one hour prior.

It is with a heavy heart that I received the news of your passing. The memories of my childhood are a bittersweet reminder of the beautiful bond we once had. The laughter, the adventures, and the countless moments we spent together have become a memories of nostalgia that I hold close to my heart .

Although the passage of time created physical distance between us the impact you had on my formative years is immeasurable. The love you generously bestowed upon me have left an enduring mark, shaping the person I am today.

As we bid farewell, I extend my deepest condolences to your family and loved ones. May you find eternal peace, and may your memory bring comfort to those who mourn your loss.

Uncle Mario was only7 years older than me, my father Francesco {Frank) was the second born of the thirteen children. There was almost a 20-year difference in their ages.

Humorous, kind, generous, ready to reach out with good advice and a helping hand, which was my Uncle Mario, who I loved and respected. Our deepest condolences, prayers and love to my Aunt Theresa and cousins Mario. Frank and Vincent to give you strength during this challenging time.
