Marin Labes

March 16, 1925 - April 30, 2017

Born in Dorobantu, a village in Romania and married the love of his life Eugenia in the capital city of Bucharest. He came to Canada on December 3rd, 1970 and passed away peacefully at Headwaters Hospital in Orangeville after a week at home surrounded by his family. Pre-deceased by his wife on August 17, 1988, Marin was an amazing husband. Beloved father to Mariana and amazing son-in-law Wayne. He was a very involved and special grandfather to Andrew (Megan) and Michael (Vanessa) and had recently become a great grandfather to adorable Violet! We recently celebrated his 92nd birthday and have been blessed with so many years of joy and memories! Rest in Peace. We love you and you'll be in our hearts forever!!!
