In Loving Memory of Marilyn Neyedly (née Jordan)

Marilyn Neyedly passed away suddenly in the ICU at Centenary hospital in Scarborough following complications from a routine surgery.

Marilyn was predeceased by her beloved parents, Edger and Nadine Jordan, and her brother, Robert Jordan. She is survived by her devoted husband of nearly 55 years, Rod Neyedly, and their two sons: Karrey Neyedly of Pickering, ON., and Corey Neyedly (Cindy Cole) of Brooklin, ON., and the cherished grand dog, Brodster (Brody).

A warm, loving, and witty soul, who would never leave the house without being dressed to impress and in full makeup, Marilyn touched the lives of many. Her neighbours and friends will deeply miss her kind heart, generous spirit, and sharp sense of humour.

Rod and his two boys are devastated by her unexpected and sudden passing and extend their deepest gratitude to the incredible friends and neighbours who have shown unwavering support and kindness throughout Marilyn’s time in the hospital and since her passing.

“We are truly grateful for the help, love, and support from all our friends and neighbours during this time. A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you.”

I waited by the door for you today, like always. I still smell your hugs and hear your voice. Thank you for the treats, the belly rubs, and the love you gave with your whole heart. Run free now—I’ll see you again, and we’ll walk together forever.
