In memory of

Marilyn J. Sutton

March 31, 1934 -  July 20, 2018

Marilyn passed away soon after her 84th birthday suddenly and peacefully at home with her beloved husband Barry by her side. Married for 63 years they walked the path of life together hand in hand. Forever loved husband of Barry ("Dudley"), sister of Wilf (Yvonne), sister-in-law of Shirley, beloved mother of Robert, Debra and her husband Larry and proud loving grandmother to Kirsty, Lynsey, Nolan, Kyle, Tony and Tiffany and six great grandchildren. Honest, kind and a caring friend to all, Suzy loved camping in the Mag and will be missed by her many camping friends and former co-workers at Rust Craft. A five time cancer survivor, Marilyn was a life-long Toronto Maple Leaf, Blue Jay, Raptor and Argo fan. Her thoughtfulness, sense of humour, generous and mischievous spirit will be greatly missed by all. Friends may call at PINE HILLS FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 1 pm – 2 pm with the Memorial Service at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to your favourite charity.

Barry,
Virginia and I want to express our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and your family as you mourn Marilyn’s passing. While shocked and saddened to learn of her passing we also respect her resilience and desire to continue fighting......she was an incredibly strong woman!
Her memory will be strong as we reminisce about the good times and the belly laughs we shared.
Take care Barry, know you are in our thoughts and prayers and we hope to see you back in the park!

I am honoured to have been able to call Marilyn my friend. She had a kind heart and was a loving soul. The angels are smiling cause they get to spend time with her now in heaven like we did on earth. Goodbye my dearest friend and love.
