Marilyn Leonne Holmes (nee Kennedy)
October 18, 1936 – October 31, 2025

Marilyn passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, at the age of 89.
She was predeceased by her loving husband of 65 years, Doug, and she will
be lovingly remembered by her children Jeff (Debbie) and Penny. Marilyn
was a proud and devoted Nana to her grandchildren Melissa, Dylan, Jordan, and Taylor.

Marilyn enjoyed travel and time in Myrtle Beach with Doug. They loved to dance
together which was their favourite pastime during their courtship.
Marilyn was a world class babysitter for all her grandchildren when they were young and
she was famous for her Christmas shortbread cookies.

Marilyn’s life will be celebrated at a private family service on Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
