Marie Lenore Motink (nee DeVerno) passed away peacefully in her sleep on April 13, 2024. Beloved wife of Paul (predeceased), loving mother to Diane and Linda, cherished grandmother to Mitchell and caring mother-in-law to Bruce and Don. Marie will be missed by brother Frank (predeceased) and nieces Pamela and Beverly and nephew Michael.

We would like to thank the staff at VIVA Mississauga for the exceptional care they gave Marie these past 5 years.

Please join us for a Celebration of Life on Friday May 3rd at The Simple Alternative, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga, Visitation with light refreshments at 1pm. Service at 2pm. Reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Toronto SPCA.

For years we played badminton every Friday night.
So much fun. Our weekends were always filled with this group of friends. Our life was filled with many wonderful memories of Marie, Paul and their family. It was a wonderful time for this large group of friends. Love you Marie, you were a wonderful friend. Tonya Nasevski.
