Passed away peacefully at age of 92 in Toronto. Loving wife of Manuel (predeceased). Beloved mother of Agostinho ( predeceased), Manuela , Edward and Paul. Proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Maria will be greatly missed and loved by many. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society , Canadian Diabetes Society or Canadian Cancer Society.

Had the pleasure of knowing Senhora Maria for many years. She always treated my family like we were her family. She’s a dear woman who loved her family immensely. One of her greatest joys was gardening and liking to surround her house with flowers. R.I.P. You will be missed.
