Margaret Shue Fong Young 蘇雪芳
November 26, 1925 - December 12, 2021
It is with great sorrow that we announce that Margaret 蘇雪芳 passed away on December 12, 2021 at the age of 96. She is reunited with her late husband Bill and her son Tony.
Beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she will be greatly missed. Margaret immigrated from Hong Kong to Toronto in the 1970s not knowing a word of English. She worked hard and made a life for herself in Toronto. Despite her small stature, Margaret had a big personality and could get anything done.
She is survived by her daughter Rita and her son Andy, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
If desired, donations can be made in her memory to the Yee Hong Centre for Geriatrics, where Margaret was taken care of for the past 10 years, or to the Alzheimer's Association of Canada.
