Margaret Ruth Brooks

May 12, 1934 - December 12, 2018

Passed away at Toronto Western Hospital after struggling to recover from a car accident. Preceded by her husband Thomas, Margaret is survived by her Sons James and Scott, dear niece Heather, Grandchildren Kianna and Keith, great grand mother to 5 great grand children and honorary grandmother to Julius and her beloved grand cat Milo. She will be missed by her extended family and all her friends.

Friends and family will be received at PINE HILLS CEMETERY & FUNERAL CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Rd., Scarborough (north of St. Clair Ave. E., 416-267-8229) on Saturday, December 22, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Celebration of life will start at 11 a.m. Internment to follow. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army are appreciated.

My deepest condolences to Scott James Heather and the entire family.
Marg was a dear friend for many years to our late mother Nancy and our family will be eternally grateful for that friendship.
I’m guessing they are playing bingo and going to the casino where they spent many happy times together.
