In memory of

Margaret Phyllis Storey

September 8, 1934 -  June 4, 2024

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our kind and loving mother, Margaret Phyllis Storey, on Tuesday June 4, 2024, at the age of 89. Margaret had a goal or reaching the age of 90, but fell just 96 days short!
Margaret was predeceased by her husband Raymond Storey and granddaughter Christine. Mother of David (Emanuela) and Andrew (Tracey). Grandma of Elaura (Wes), Kyle (Rachel), Justin (Brenda) and Chloe (Gabe). Great grandma to Hayden, Hudson and Morgan. Great step grandma to Abby and Ronan.
Margaret was born in East Boldon, County Durham, England and emigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1974. She worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia until retirement. Margaret enjoyed travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Margaret’s presence and love will be profoundly missed by all those who knew her. Margaret’s memory will live on in the hearts of all her family and friends forever.
Per Margaret’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private celebration service will be held at a later date.

Saddened to hear of Marg’s passing. Both her and Raymond were such a huge part of my life in the 70’s and 80’s. I was just telling my wife a few weeks back of having my english breakfasts at their Bradbrook Rd table and how I remember every detail of these mornings, along with all the road trips I seemed to always be part of. She was always so kind and generous to me. Rest in peace my second mom.

Love Dave Charles
