Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Bridgepoint Health at the age of 69. Loving wife of John McKenna. Cherished mom of Amanda (Dave), and Stephen (Stephanie). Special sister of Elizabeth (David {deceased}), and Marie (Roy {deceased}). Devoted Aunt of David, Sarah, Vanessa, James, Peter, Stephen, Elizabeth, and Gerrard. Margaret was predeceased by her Mother Elizabeth, her Father James and siblings Sadie (Jimmy), and Peter (Hope). Margaret will be fondly remembered by her extended family and friends here and in Scotland. Family and friends can be received at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1057 Brock Road, Pickering (Brock &401) on Friday April 21 from 11:00 - 12:00p.m. A Celebration of life will be held at 12:00 p.m with a reception following the service. In honour of Margaret's life, in lieu of flowers Donations made to The Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
