CRLJENKO, Margaret Luella (nee Hirlehey) - It is with deep sorrow we announce Marg's unexpected passing on January 8, 2018, she was in her 82nd year. She will be greatly missed by her children, Trevor and Tamara (Dennis). She was predeceased by her husband Tony, and her parents Tal and Luella. Marg will be sadly missed by family and friends. She was an explorer who had a love of life, especially for wildlife, the great outdoors and travel. Marg’s other love was her students, for whom she has taught many, and remembered each one for their own uniqueness. The family would like to thank Marg’s caregiver Verna for her tireless work and dedication. A Memorial Service will be held (late spring or early summer) at the Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1057 Brock Road (905-686-5589) in Pickering; date and time to be announced later. As Marg had a passion for all animals and was a frequent visitor to the Toronto Zoo, the family would greatly appreciate donations made to the Toronto Zoo (www.torontozoo.com) in lieu of flowers.
