Martin was very important to us at BCI Networks. I used to sit right across from him for years, but since Covid Martin was working from home. So I had gotten used to not seeing him. Now it seems unreal that he's gone. He took the lions share of remote support work for us, giving us the breathing room to handle our installations. Without Martin's quick resolve it would have been far more difficult. Already we feel the difference without him. He's left a big hole here, and that is just work. I miss him being in the office, we all do. He was a bright presence, he had a big laugh I can still hear, and a lovely sense of humor I will always miss. He was a great guy, one of the good ones. A guy you could count on. I'm so very sad that he's gone.
Dear Dominika, Amelia and family, my deepest condolences to you at this difficult time. Thinking of you, my heart and prayers are with you.
Martin and I started on the same day at BCI in September of 2016 and that's when I first met him. We became good friends immediately and even though I moved on to another company we kept a strong friendship. I remember when he told me that he and Dominika were expecting, I told him that there was going to be no greater father than him. And he proved me right.
He will be missed by his family, friends and anyone who was blessed to have met him.
A great Father, friend and human being the world is now without.
Rest in peace my friend. I will miss you.
