In memory of

Manuel Cordeiro

November 20, 1944 -  April 14, 2021

It is with great sadness that the family of Manuel Cordeiro announces his passing, with his family by his side, on April 14, 2021, at the age of 76. He had a smile for all and a heart of gold. His kindness and love for his family were never-ending.
He was born to parents Odélia and Manuel, on November 20, 1944. He was a member of Laborers’ International Union of North America since October 1976. Manuel will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Maria and his children, Emanuel (Michelle), Nelson, Christine, Sanya (George) and Matthew. Manuel will also be fondly remembered by his five grand-children, Mercedes, Justin, Noah, Julia and Evelyn; and one great-grandson, Dawson. There came a gentle call, he took the hand of the God and quietly left us all and although we cannot hold him, we will never let him go, because in our hearts he will live forever, because he is loved so.

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, a private, immediate family only, Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at Pine Hills Cemetery. Post Covid, the family will host a “Celebration of Life” memorial for family and friends.

Those who so desire, may make a memorial donation in memory of Manuel, in honour of his grand-daughter Julia, please consider donating to the Foundation for Prader-Willi Research Canada. http://fundraise.fpwr.ca/goto/memoriammanuelcordeiro
