It was raining here that day. It seemed right that it should rain. I'll miss you.
Remembering a truly remarkable woman. A loving wife and parent.
Incredibly sad and so soon after the death of her mother Emma Pinto. Rest in Power Malusha! The name and spirit of Pinto will remain etched in Kenyan history forever. The family is in our thoughts at this sad time.
I worked with Marie for several years as a fellow SLP at the TDSB. I didn’t know her well personally, but remember her ready smile, her quick wit and her thoughtful questions about students. She seemed to have boundless energy and many outside interests. I remember her sharing stories about her family and her horse.
It is sad to lose a loved one at such a young age. It sure sounds like she lived her life to the fullest. Deepest sympathies to her family.
This world will never be the same without Marie's optimism, energy, and zest for life!
She will continue to bring smiles to the faces of all those who were fortunate enough to have known her! After your lifetime of adventures, Marie, may you now rest in peace, knowing that you made a tremendous, positive impact on your family, friends, clients, and horses! While your physical presence will be deeply missed, our cherished memories of the times we spent together will remain etched in our minds and hearts! 💞
