Lydia Mary Depippo passed away on June 18 2021 at Michael Garron Hospital on her 84th Birthday.
She will be laid to rest at Pine Hills Cemetery Thursday June 24th 2021 11am in a private ceremony.
Lydia had a great sense of humour. Adored spending time with family.
She spent many years moulding and raising her grandsons and god daughters with full time daycare. Providing legendary dishes such as cabbage rolls and kapusta.
Enjoyed many summers in Fenelon Falls trailering where she made so many life long friends.
Lydia was born in Toronto Ontario to John and Josephine Hrudka.
Lydia is preceded in death by husband Joseph Depippo, Sisters Sophie, Olga, Brother Gene and Niece Kathleen. Survived by Sister Helen
Lydia was loving Mother to Valerie and Christopher (Colleen).
Baba to Garrett and Harrison.
Mother in law to Sandi
Loving godmother to Kelsey and Isabel, long time friend to Shirley, Dave, Kevin and Matt.
Aunt to Bob (Tara), Gary, Paul(Josie) and Rick

I will miss her she was a awesome person she made me laugh she use to tell me and her daughter before we went out to make sure she had her keys and everything I remember her egg and cheese sandwiches since she’s made them I have been eating them I will be thinking about her when I make them again she was like a second mother to me my condolence goes out to the family from Tammy

Lydia was such a lovely, generous person! Treated myself and my young son as extended family members during a difficult time in our lives….and even after.
She will be missed by many❤️
