Lucille Maureen Rock

December 21, 1943 -  January 15, 2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Lucille Maureen Rock (nee Morris) on January 15, 2023 after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s.
Lucille will be dearly missed by Gladstone, her loving husband of forty-four years and her two sons, Darren (and April) and Andrew. Her four grand children, Noah, Asher, Lamya and Khai will sorely miss their Grandma.
Lucille was predeceased by her parents May and Kenneth Green.
Lucille will be sadly missed by her brother, Lisle Morris (and Joan), and her sisters Harriet Farrell (and Philip) and Hazel Morris-McConney.
Auntie Lucille will be fondly remembered by her nephews and nieces, Ricardo, Ivy, Lisa and Tristan Morris, Cristopher, Nichelle and Matthew Farrell and Leah McConney-Craddock.
Lucille was born in Barbados and immigrated to Canada1968.
Lucille will always be remembered for her hospitality, generosity, and her infectious laugh. Her organizational skills were unparalleled.
Visitation will be held at 6-8 pm on Friday January 20, 2023 and at 9-10am on Saturday January 21, 2023. The funeral will commence at 10 am on Saturday followed by the burial and reception at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre at 624 Birchmount Road, Scarborough.
