Passed away peacefully on November 28th, 2017 at Extendicare in Cobourg, ON. Predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years, the late Charles William "Bill" Simpson. Cherished mother of John (Gigi) Simpson and Margaret Simpson, and adored grandmother of Sean and Carly Simpson. Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday December 2nd, 2017 at the YORK FUNERAL CENTRE (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, 416-221-3404), with a visitation one hour prior. Burial at the York Cemetery, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.

Mom. You were my best friend. I miss you terribly but I know you are in the heavens above with Dad and all other beautiful spirits.
I am blessed to have shared all of our life experiences together. You chose John and I from hundreds of other little ones. I thank you for this as our lives turned out absolutely amazing. You offered unconditional love through everything no matter what the situation.
I am grateful to have shared your last breath here on earth before your transition. I love you. ❤😇❤
