Loretta Yuet-Man Mo passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on August 11, 2021 at the age of 88, after a long period of illnesses. Loretta was born in Hong Kong on May 29, 1933. She married Joe Cheuk Hung Mo in 1955 and had four children. The Mo family immigrated from Hong Kong to Toronto, Canada in December 1973. Loretta enjoyed a happy marriage with her husband for 65 years until he passed away in January 2020. She was passionate about gardening and was known to be an excellent cook who enjoyed hosting big family gatherings regularly until she was no longer able due to health issues. For many years, she and her husband also served as volunteers in various ways at their church. Loretta was a loving mother to her four children, Tony, Danny, Larry, Sylvia and their respective spouses Molly, Ivy, Lian and Patrick. She was also a loving grandmother to her six grandchildren Natalie, Darren, William, Isabella, Josiah, and Nathan.
