In memory of

Lorelie "Mae" Reyes

December 10, 1973 -  October 27, 2022

“All our dreams can come true — if we have the courage to pursue them.”

Lorelie “Mae” Reyes, for those who knew her well, would agree that she was a courageous, independent, and headstrong woman.

Mae peacefully departed the world surrounded by family on October 27, 2022.

She dedicated her life to her daughter Kiana and son Diorome. Lorelie dreamt of a better life for her children and single-handedly made her way to Canada, bringing her children along shortly thereafter. She worked tirelessly to support her children and her mother, Lily. She was a woman on a mission. Once she set a goal that she was determined to accomplish, she would fulfill it and she persevered.

She liked to spend her free time going to instagram worthy places, where she took endless photos of
everything that she found beautiful. Those photos will now remain as beautiful memories to look back on with her friends and loved ones.

Lorelie lit the room up with her energy, love, and kindness. She truly knew how to connect with people around her, and used that gift in her everyday life. She remained optimistic and viewed life as a path with endless opportunities despite having gone through numerous rough patches along the way.

She always had a smile on her face. Her up-beat attitude and determination was something that many could be envious of. People would gravitate towards her and always sought out her company. While she didn’t have the solution for everything, she would go above and beyond to help anyone in need!

She will forever be remembered as a beautiful mother, sister, daughter and a friend who was selfless and loving to everyone she crossed paths with in this life.
