In memory of

Lolita “Rosie” Bandong-Leimonis

December 15, 1958 -  November 23, 2022

Surrounded by her family, loving mother and wife Lolita “Rosie” Bandong-Leimonis born December 15, 1958 departed the earth on November 23rd, 2022. After a courageous battle with cancer for over two years, Rosie's strength and lust for life defied doctors predictions with being given only six months to live.

Born in San Carlos City, in the Phillipines, Rosie was known for her love and devout belief in God, her beautiful smile, contagious laugh and loving nature. Rosie proudly worked as a nurse and personal support worker, doing what she loved most - selflessly serving, supporting and uplifting others. Rosie will be remembered for her amazing cooking skills, love for karaoke, her charismatic outlook and positivity towards life (despite facing many difficulties), her love for dance and most of all, her ability to be a constant source of support, love and resilience to those around her. Mother, wife, tita, friend, sister, cousin, daughter, nanny, Rosie was a beautiful pillar of love and strength to the people in her life.
Though there are no words to encompass the loss felt, Rosie can now be reunited with her mom, dad, sisters, and beloved dog Lucky, free from pain and suffering. Rosie is survived by her husband Jimmy, son Mark, daughter in law Gabriela and their dog Lani.
